• Manage and carry out front office operations and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of reception processes.
• Welcome and assist guests, respond to their requests and complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservation procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide professional and courteous service in line with the hotel’s service standards.

المؤهل العلمي

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Opera PMS.
• Committed to continuously improving service quality and guest experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Friendly, guest-focused, and service-oriented attitude.
