The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling reception enquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and personalized experience throughout their stay. The role provides professional and attentive service while maintaining efficient reception operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance at reception.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely follow-up on guest requests.
• Handle guest payments and related reception transactions accurately.
• Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services.
• Maintain accurate records and follow reception procedures and standards.
• Ensure the reception area is professional, organized, and welcoming.
• Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the department.

المؤهل العلمي

• Minimum 1-2 years’ previous experience in a Receptionist or Front Office role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Russian and Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Previous experience using OPERA Cloud is preferred.
