Picture yourself in the Finance office. As a Finance Coordinator, you’re not just assisting with the finance operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Prepare and distribute written correspondences for the Director of Finance
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the proper desk within the department
• Assist with meeting minutes, scheduling appointments and other memos
• Send copies of various reports to 4D’s, Managing Director and Owning Company
• Prepare payment transfer bank letters for Owners’ Return, Management Fee, Affiliated Fee
• Liaise with the banks, government entities, and relevant suppliers regarding enquires
• Prepare proper documentation for ordering supplies for the department
• Prepare monthly attendance for the Finance department
• Perform other related duties such as compiling financial data, completing graphs, as requested
• Control distribution of SIM cards, from Du and Etisalat when new connections are required
• Send the Capital Retirement from the hotel to the Owning Company
• Assist the office in other administrative duties as required
